At Solaro, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If your order does not meet your expectations, we offer several options for returns or exchanges.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason.

Include your order number and inform us that you wish to make use of your right of withdrawal.
After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the product to us.
We also accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
Did your item arrive damaged, or did you receive the wrong product?

If possible, include photos of the product and packaging.
We will work with you to find a suitable solution, such as a free replacement or a refund.
Would you like to exchange an item for another version (e.g. a different color or size)?

An exchange is possible if the item is in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.
– Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging
– Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error
– Returns without prior contact via email to podpora@solaro-energie.cz cannot be processed
Once we receive and inspect your return, the full purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days to the original payment method.
For exchanges, the new item will be shipped once we have received the original item.
We reserve the right to deny a refund if the return conditions are not met.
Please note that any import duties, local taxes, or customs fees imposed by authorities in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These costs will not be refunded by Solaro.
