Solaro is an online provider of solar and green energy gadgets. Shipping is handled by external suppliers, who are also responsible for properly handling VAT under EU cross-border regulations.
A binding purchase agreement is formed once your payment is successfully completed and you receive an order confirmation via email.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of misuse or incorrect information.
All prices include VAT, which—under postal and courier shipment regulations—is remitted by our suppliers.
Solaro is not VAT-liable under this arrangement.
Note: In some cases, local customs authorities may apply additional import taxes or duties. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. Solaro accepts no liability for such charges.

No shipping occurs on public holidays.

Returns are only accepted if the product is unused and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Solaro is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or delays beyond our control, including those caused by customs or logistics partners.
For damaged or incorrect items, we will of course find a suitable solution.
